Laura Evernham – Patient Coordinator
Laura has been with the Personal Enhancement Center since 2003. As one of your patient coordinators, she will help answer your questions in regards to surgery, the doctor and the practice. From her extensive career of over 28 years in the cosmetic and reconstructive fields, let her wealth of knowledge guide you to your desired result. From your initial call to your consultation with Dr. Godek, Laura is there to answer your questions. You will meet with her during your consultation to discuss your surgical options, look at potential surgical dates and discuss any financing as well as the fees for your procedure.
“I truly enjoy getting to know each patient and helping them through every phase of their experience. There is nothing more rewarding than developing the special friendship that is formed through that process.”
Laura lives at the Jersey Shore and enjoys spending time with her husband and three grown children. She also stays very active. She trains yearly for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. The walk is held each October in New York City. Over a two day period, her team walks 26 miles. Each year her team of dedicated men and women raise over $30,000.00 and to date has raised over $100,000. “I hope that someday we will not have to walk.”
Alexandra Olivadotti – Clinical Nurse
Licensed Practical Nurse Alexandra Olivadotti has been with the Personal Enhancement Center since 2004. Alex received her degree from Monmouth County Nursing School. She began her career in the Critical Care Department of Monmouth Medical Center. After 10 years in critical care, she wanted a change and decided that plastic and reconstructive surgery would be a perfect fit for her.
Alexandra will meet with you during your consultation to discuss your medical history and explain the procedure that you are considering. She will also see you through your post-operative phase. Her thorough knowledge of our medical procedures makes her a unique resource for our patients.

Alex enjoys spending time with her children and family at the Jersey Shore. She also enjoys her newfound love, Roller Derby.
Tracey Csillag, RNC – Clinical Nurse
Tracey joined the Personal Enhancement Center in the fall of 2007. She works as a clinical nurse within the practice. Tracey did her undergraduate studies at the York College of Pennsylvania and received her Master’s degree from Old Dominion. She is currently studying to be a Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse. Prior to joining the Personal Enhancement Center, she worked as a nurse in Special Care Nursery at Community Medical Center. Her experiences there, along with her kind and calm manner, make her an excellent resource for our patients. She will help you understand your emotions and address patient concerns that often arise prior to surgery.
You will meet with Tracey at your initial consultation to go over your medical history and to discuss the surgery that you are having. You will also meet with her at your pre-operative appointment and will talk with her the evening of your surgery. During your post-operative period, she is also available for support as you recover.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons camping and going to the beach.
Katie Wilgus – Medical Assistant/Clinical Nurse
Katie joined the Personal Enhancement Center in the summer of 2009. Prior to joining the practice, she worked as a medical assistant with a busy Ear, Nose & Throat practice. As our newest employee in the nursing arena, she has had to learn all aspects of the practice and patient care in a timely manner. Her ability to learn and adjust to her surroundings has made her an ideal fit within our practice.
You will meet with Katie at your consultation to discuss your medical history and to go over the procedures that you are interested in.

Katie lives in southern New Jersey with her husband and enjoys spending time at the beach.
Jeff Monte – Practice Manager
Jeff joined the practice in the spring of 2004. Prior to working at the Personal Enhancement Center, he ran his family’s business for 10 years. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a business administration degree. At the Personal Enhancement Center, Jeff runs the day-to-day operations, from accounting to marketing. He serves as a liaison between the patients and their insurance companies. He also works with patients who decide to finance their surgery, helping them make the most economical decision.
“Although I do not have the same contact with the patients as many of the staff, I do feel a special connection when we meet to help them make the right decision economically for their surgery.”
Jeff lives in Howell with his wife and two daughters and their dog Jake. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, skiing, traveling and spending time at the beach.
Tanya Leffler – Administrative Assistant
Tanya joined our practice in the fall of 2004. Prior to joining the Personal Enhancement Center, she worked at Southern House as a manager for 14 years and then in Human Resources at Bartley Health Care. She is one of the friendly voices you hear when calling the office, and she is the one who greets you when you come in for your appointments.
Tanya will help you with your appointments, and she will make sure that you get to speak to the proper person when you call.

When she is not working, she enjoys sitting on the beach and spending time with her friends and family.
Pat Vincent – Surgical Scheduler
Pat joined our practice the summer of 2006. Prior to working at the Personal Enhancement Center, she worked in another plastic surgery office for over 7 years. Pat brings with her a wealth of knowledge from her years there.
Pat schedules all surgeries within the practice. She also serves as liaison between the practice and the many hospitals and surgery centers that we work with. She also coordinates our doctor’s personal and work schedules, making sure that nothing is missed.

When Pat isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Susan McGowan – Patient Coordinator
Susan is a new addition to our practice as a Patient Coordinator. She is a graduate from Georgian Court University and has over 5 years of experience in health care. When calling for your consultation, you will speak with Susan. To enhance your visit, she will give you all the information you need. She will guide you in your decision-making for the correct procedure and help you understand whether or not you are a candidate for surgery.

Catherine Facciolli – Administrative Assistant
Catherine is another recent addition to the Personal Enhancement Center. She is a graduate from the Florida Atlantic University and has a degree in marketing. Catherine works at the front desk. She will help you schedule your appointments and will get you to the proper person when calling. Her marketing degree helps the practice by designing and implementing e-mail notifications. She is a welcome addition to the practice and brings the excitement and promise that we look for in each employee.

Michelle Hall – Insurance Specialist
Michelle joined the practice in January of 2009. She is our liaison between the patients and insurance companies. Michelle has 5 years of medical insurance experience, which helps her assist our patients in obtaining pre-authorization for surgeries. When you call in with an insurance question, she will be able to answer it for you or call the appropriate insurance agency to find your answer. Michelle can also assist you with your disability papers in a timely manner.
