At the Personal Enhancement Center, Dr. Christopher Godek aims to create natural, balanced results in the comfort of his office surrounded by the natural beauty of New Jersey’s shoreline.

The Personal Enhancement Center was founded by Dr. Godek in 2003 after a short stay with another private practice in New Jersey.  He decided to create his own individual practice because he felt he would be able to offer more to his patients in terms of personal attention and surgical results.

Personal attention is paramount at the Personal Enhancement Center, where 80% of the patients come in for cosmetic surgery and 20% are either cancer survivors or trauma victims seeking reconstructive surgery.  Patients receive two comprehensive consultations with plenty of time to discuss their concerns. This allows Dr. Godek to determine each patient’s needs and expectations, answer questions and explain all there is to know about the treatment, including realistic information about recovery, the possible side effects and the range of results.

Photographs have always been an essential element at the Personal Enhancement Center.  High-resolution digital photographs are taken during your initial consultation and are then used at the second visit for computer imaging.  Dr. Godek explains, “Imaging allows our patients to see what they will look like after surgery.  This gets our patients involved in the decision-making process and allows us to help create the right procedure for each and every patient.”  Dr. Godek’s comprehensive approach extends well beyond the walls of the office.  Dr. Godek’s belief in “total enhancement” starts by considering all of the elements that are needed to achieve balanced results.  This extends to skin care experts, nutritionists, cosmetic dentists, personal trainers and yoga classes.  Dr. Godek believes, “We can create beautiful and natural results, but maintaining those results with proper skin care, nutrition, exercise and stress reduction are imperative.”
